    We Love a great party!

    From milestone birthdays, bar | bat mitzvahs, wine dinners, corporate and leadership retreats, grand openings, anniversary celebrations, multi-day conferences, graduations, non-profit fundraisers, outdoor music and art festivals, we celebrate all of life’s milestone moments!

    We know some of the best vendors (photography, videography, catering, DJ's, live bands, lighting, rentals, décor, and tenting if needed) here in North Carolina and abroad. Jess has worked in breathtaking venues all over the state including many private estates, or she can help you find an amazing villa in Italy, if that is more your style.

    We can't wait to see the dream team we come up with for your event together.

  • Plated Dinner

    Event Management

    Previously known as Day of Coordination in some circles. This is for the DIY or type A bride, who has a clear vision, venue and vendors in place, and wants to enjoy the day stress free, without putting additional responsibilities on family or the bridal party.

    Includes up to twelve hours of event management the day of your event, including setup and breakdown with an assistant. Up to twelve hours of planning during the month leading up to event date, including a one hour rehearsal, the day before your event.

    Planning hours include timeline creation, a thorough review of all rentals, management of personal items, third party contract review, and coordinating vendor delivery schedules.

    We like to start no less than six weeks out, from the event date.

  • Tented Ceremony

    Micro Wedding Planning:

    Is only available for weddings with less than 75 guests.

    Includes up to twelve hours of event management the day of your event, including setup and breakdown. Up to forty hours of planning during the months leading up to event date, including a one hour rehearsal, the day before your event (as needed).

    Planning hours include timeline creation, a thorough review of all rentals, management of personal items, third party contract review, and coordinating vendor delivery schedules.

    We like to start no less than six months before the event date, as we reach out to all of your vendors to confirm your details, and we make sure you meet any contractual agreements regarding deadlines and final numbers.

    Pricing Starts at $4,000

    Every little Detail, Full Service

    Full Service Planning is perfect for those who are overwhelmed with the process. We handle the all the details so you can enjoy a stress-free experience. Think of us as your personal concierge, always ready to assist, reviewing your contracts before you sign them, conducting a final walk through with all vendors the weeks leading up to your event. Assembling welcome bags and favors, and delivering them to the hotels. We even help with transportation and travel bookings! How are your guests getting to and from the hotels? Where are they staying? Where are you going for your honeymoon? We can help with all of it.

    Services include up to twelve hours of event management the day of your event, including setup and breakdown with an assistant. Up to eighty hours of planning, during the months leading up to event date; including three in-person meetings; design and décor, rentals, and florals, a one hour rehearsal, the day before your event, and pre-setup four four hours the days leading up to the event if allowed by your venue.

    Planning hours include budget management, vetted vendor & venue suggestions, design & décor inspiration, timeline Creation and management, a thorough review of all rentals, management of personal items, third party contract review, and coordinating vendor delivery schedules.

    We like to start a year from the event date, as we make sure you meet any contractual agreements regarding deadlines, payments, and final numbers.

    What else do we do?

    We offer a few additional services you can add to any package.

    In person meetings (in addition to what is included in your package).

    Signage (Welcome, Guest Seating, Food & Beverage, Menus, Place Cards) and more.

    Rental Items (Frames, Easels, Table Numbers, Mirrors, Vintage Items).

    Custom florals for centerpieces, the bar, and the food displays.

    Rehearsal Dinners & Farewell Brunches

    Pricing starts at $50 per hour, plus any cost of goods provided.
