    We Love a great party!

    From wine dinners, corporate and leadership retreats, grand openings, milestone birthdays, bar mitzvahs, bat mitzvahs, anniversary celebrations, multi-day conferences, graduations, non-profit fundraisers, and holiday celebrations; we celebrate all of life’s milestone moments!

    We know some of the best vendors (photography, videography, catering, DJ's, live bands, lighting, rentals, décor, and tenting if needed) here in North Carolina and abroad. Jess has worked in breathtaking venues all over the state including many private estates, and she can help you find an amazing villa in Italy, if that is more your style.

    Have fewer than 50 guests, or looking to elope, we can help with that too!

    We have hourly & daily rates available for social and corporate events based on your specific needs, we can take care of as much, or as little as you need.

    Event Management

    Previously known as Day of Coordination in some circles. This is for the type A client, with a clear vision, venue and vendors in place. Perfect when the venue requires a planner. Our past clients value our ability to keep the day stress free, without putting additional responsibilities on guests or family.

    Includes up to eight hours of on-site event management the day of your event, including setup and breakdown with an assistant, and twelve hours of planning.

    Planning hours include timeline creation, a thorough review of rentals, vendor coordination (dj, photography, catering, florals) and day-of organization and logistics.

    We like to start no less than six weeks before from the event date.

    Pricing starts at $2,500

  • A+R-clear top tent-Chapel Hill-NC

    Partial Planning

    Is for clients who have a vision, and would like some assistance with venue and vendor selections. Typical overall budgets for this level of service range from $20,000-$50,000.

    Includes up to twelve hours of event management the day of your event, including setup and breakdown with an assistant. Up to forty hours of planning during the months leading up to event date, including a one hour rehearsal, the day before your event (as needed) and one in person meeting (catering, florals, or design & décor).

    Planning hours include vendor referral and selection, third party contract review, timeline creation, floorplan, a thorough review of all rentals, vendor contact from 90 days out, management of personal items, and scheduled check-ins regarding task completion.

    We like to start no less than six months before the event date, as we reach out to all of your vendors to confirm your details, and we make sure you meet any contractual agreements regarding deadlines and final numbers.

    Full Service Planning

    Full Service Planning is perfect for those who are overwhelmed with the planning process. We handle the all the details so you can enjoy a stress-free experience. Think of us as your personal concierge, always ready to assist, reviewing your contracts before you sign them, conducting a final walk through with all vendors the weeks leading up to your event. Assembling welcome bags and favors, and delivering them to the hotels. We even help with transportation and travel bookings! How are your guests getting to and from the hotels? Where are they staying? Where are you going for your honeymoon? We can help with it all.

    Services include up to twelve hours of event management the day of your event, including setup and breakdown with an assistant, distribution of gratuities, and personal item management. Up to eighty hours of planning; three in-person meetings; design and décor, rentals, and florals, a one hour rehearsal, the day before your event, and pre-setup four four hours the days leading up to the event if allowed by your venue.

    Planning hours include a “vision” consultation, budget management, vetted vendor & venue suggestions, third party contract review, custom design & décor, timeline creation and management, a thorough review of all rentals, RSVP management, hotel blocks, coordinating vendor delivery schedules, and unlimited phone and email communication.

    We like to start a year prior to the event date, as we make sure you meet any contractual agreements regarding deadlines, payments, and final numbers. Typical overall budgets for clients using this level of service, start around $50,000.

    Pricing is percentage based for this level of service.
