We love planning Anniversaries, Bar + Bat Mitzvahs, Local Art + Music Festivals, Company Retreats, Multi-Day Conferences, Grand Opening Celebrations, Family Reunions, Fundraisers, Elopements, Weddings, and more!

Event Management (Day of Coordination) includes timeline creation, rental review, and up to eight hours onsite the day of your event, with an assistant.

Partial Planning includes up to forty hours of planning, a one hour rehearsal, one in person meeting, vendor referral and selection, third party contract review, timeline creation, floorplan, a thorough review of all rentals, twelve hours of event management the day of your event, including setup and breakdown with an assistant.

Full Service Planning hours include a “vision” consultation, budget management, vetted vendor & venue suggestions, third party contract review, custom design & décor, timeline creation and management, a thorough review of all rentals, RSVP management, hotel blocks, coordinating vendor delivery schedules, twelve hours of event management the day of your event, including setup + breakdown with at least one assistant.

For events without rentals or timelines, and less than 50 guests, we offer an affordable daily rate.

We also offer hospitality consulting services that focus on development and expansion, and service training.
